Cancellation and Credit Policy
Clear rules for court cancellations, rain and membership cancellation.

Cancel a court at least 24 hours ahead
Cancel through your booking at least 24 hours before its start, including exactly 24 hours before, to receive the amount actually paid as court credit. Credit stays on your account for future court bookings. It cannot be withdrawn as cash and is not an automatic refund to your card. An unpaid booking does not create credit. A cancellation cannot be credited twice.
Later cancellations and no-shows
A cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, or not attending, does not receive automatic credit. Contact staff if you need help or believe a legal remedy applies. The weather arrangement below is separate and requires attendance and staff confirmation.
Attend but cannot play because of rain
Rain does not automatically cancel your booking. If you attend for your booking but cannot play because rain makes the court unplayable, tell staff. Once staff confirm this, the booking’s amount actually paid is returned as non-withdrawable court credit for a future booking. This is not a no-questions automatic credit or a cash refund. Do not play on a court staff consider unsafe.
Play interrupted after starting
Contact staff for a case-by-case review if a game has started and is then interrupted. There is no promised automatic proportional refund or credit. Staff will consider what happened and any rights that apply by law.
When the club cannot provide your booking
If we close a court or cannot provide your confirmed booking, contact staff to discuss the appropriate remedy. The voluntary cancellation and rain-credit rules do not restrict a refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
Cancel a membership
Cancel anytime in My subscription to stop future monthly renewals. Benefits remain until the end of the paid month. We do not offer a voluntary partial-month refund, subject to statutory rights. Court cancellation does not cancel your membership, and membership cancellation does not cancel an existing court booking. Questions or a mistake
Contact [email protected] with your booking reference or membership details. Tell us if a credit is missing or incorrect. Shop returns, faulty goods and any statutory cancellation rights are assessed separately. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
