Membership and Recurring Payment Terms
£15.00 per month, billed on the same date each month. Cancel anytime in My subscription.
Version 2026-10-25-v5 · 25 October 2026
Your adult monthly membership
The adult membership is £15.00 per calendar month, including applicable VAT. You pay £15.00 upfront for your first month, then £15.00 each month until you cancel. There is no annual commitment. Court bookings and shop purchases cost extra. Your membership stays active until the end of your paid month.
When payments are due
Membership begins when we confirm your first successful payment. That date sets your monthly billing date, in Isle of Man time. Your confirmation and My subscription show your paid-through date and next billing date. If a month does not contain your usual date, payment is due on its last day; your original date returns in the next month that has it. For example, a 31 January start renews on 28 February (29 in a leap year), then 31 March. This is a calendar-month subscription, not a four-week plan. If checkout is delayed, the confirmed start date and next payment date will be shown in your confirmation.
Your agreement to recurring payments
Before checkout you must actively tick the unchecked box agreeing to pay £15.00 today and £15.00 each month until you cancel, and accepting these Membership Terms. Cashflows handles the card payment and the saved payment reference used for renewals. We retain your agreement’s wording and version, the time you accepted, the selected plan and its price. The agreement is for this membership only; it does not authorise unrelated purchases or test charges. We do not store your full card number or card security code.
Benefits and court bookings
Membership pricing applies to the adult member account holder’s own share. You still reserve and pay for the whole court: £26.00 off-peak or £35.50 peak for 60 minutes, compared with £28.00 or £38.00 without the holder’s membership. A booking made with member pricing does not make the other players members. Available times, booking windows and other benefits are shown in the booking service and current offer; membership does not guarantee an available court.
Cancel anytime
Open My subscription and choose Cancel subscription, then confirm. This stops future renewals; you keep your benefits until the end of the month you have paid for. If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] for help stopping renewals. Cancel before the next payment starts processing to prevent that payment. If a payment is already being processed, we will check its outcome with you; cancellation is not an instruction to refund a completed payment.
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
For a voluntary cancellation part-way through a paid month, we do not provide a partial-month refund. This is subject to your statutory rights. Any cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other remedy that applies by law takes priority; accepting the recurring-payment box does not waive those rights. Contact us to exercise a legal cancellation right or report a service problem. We assess that separately from an ordinary request to stop the next renewal.
If a renewal fails
If a renewal payment fails after a paid membership period, your membership benefits continue for seven days from that renewal’s due date while you contact us to resolve it. The grace period is not a new paid month. After it ends, member benefits stop unless payment has been successfully resolved. It does not apply to an unsuccessful first payment or extend a voluntarily cancelled membership. No extra or repeated payment is authorised simply because a payment failed; contact staff for help. If the outcome is still unknown, do not pay again until it has been checked.
Payment and plan changes
We will not treat these terms as permission to change the agreed £15.00 amount or add another subscription. A different plan or price needs clear notice and the agreement required for that change. Historical payment and consent records remain attached to the agreement you accepted. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also explain use of the service and your information.
