Terms and Conditions

The essentials for using Manx Padel, booking a court and shopping with us.

Version 2026-10-25-v5 · 25 October 2026

Who we are

Manx Padel is operated by Manx Padel Limited. Our courts are at Nobles Park, St Ninians Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 7DL. Contact [email protected] for bookings, membership, complaints or questions about these terms. Isle of Man company number 137370C; registered office Top Floor, No. 4 West Quay, Ramsey IM8 1DW.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your login secure. Bookings are made under the main account holder’s name. You are responsible for sharing the booking details and club safety rules with your guests. Creating a free account does not start a paid membership.

Booking and prices

Book under your account name. Choose court, date, time and duration on the calendar — the price shown at checkout is what you pay for that slot. Peak times are weekdays from 4pm, plus weekends and bank holidays; everything else is off-peak. An active adult membership may reduce what the signed-in account holder pays. Longer sessions and extras are priced separately at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Check your court, date, time, duration and total before paying. Your booking confirmation is the record of your reservation; an unfinished or failed checkout is not a confirmed booking.

Membership is separate

The adult monthly membership costs £15.00 per calendar month, paid upfront. Court bookings and shop purchases are separate. Read the Membership Terms before subscribing: they explain monthly billing, cancellation and the seven-day failed-renewal grace period. No annual or weekly subscription is offered on these pages.

Cancellations, weather and credits

Our Cancellation and Credit Policy explains the 24-hour booking cancellation boundary and staff-confirmed rain credits. Rain does not automatically cancel a booking. If you attend but cannot play because of rain, speak to staff; once staff confirm the court was unplayable, the amount actually paid for the booking is returned as non-withdrawable court credit. If play has already started and is interrupted, contact staff for a case-by-case review; we do not promise an automatic proportional credit.

Playing safely

Follow staff instructions, posted court rules and safe use of equipment. Do not play on a court staff have closed or declared unsafe. Tell staff about hazards, injuries or equipment problems. We may stop unsafe play or misuse of the facilities. This does not remove any rights you have where we have failed to provide the service agreed.

Shop orders

Shop purchases are separate from membership and court bookings. The checkout states the item, quantity, price and collection arrangements. Orders are for collection at Manx Padel, not delivery. Contact us about a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, or to exercise any cancellation or other right given by law. A court-credit policy does not replace your legal rights for goods.

Problems and your rights

Contact [email protected] with your booking or order reference and what went wrong. We will review the issue and the remedy that applies. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. A contractual no-refund or credit-only rule does not override a refund or other remedy required by law.

Changes and applicable law

The terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase. Publishing a new version does not retrospectively change an existing paid period or authorise an increased recurring charge. Isle of Man law applies, without taking away mandatory protections or court rights that apply to you. Keep a copy of these terms and your confirmation.
